Chandler’s Sand & Gravel offers Inert Debris facilities & Recycling yards, strategically placed, throughout Southern California. Our mission is to expedite construction projects by offering one stop disposal yards. We accept Inert material including mixed loads; dirt, concrete, asphalt w/ petro-mat, brick, block, tile, porcelain, pool plaster, clay, sand, rock, gravel and some sites can accept boring mud and slurry.

Along with Inert disposal sites, our team can facilitate construction aggregates from our quarries through our mining partners. We also have specialized real estate services including leasing and acquisitions. We can also offer onsite management, consulting and project development.

Fully cured asphalt, uncontaminated concrete, brick, ceramics, clay and clay products, which may be mixed with rock and soil, are spread on land in lifts and compacted under controlled conditions to achieve a uniform and dense mass capable of supporting structural loading as necessary or having other characteristics appropriate for an end use where an engineered fill is required to facilitate productive use of the land.
